Private Yoga Session

Yoga is the union of mind, body, and soul.

Asana, or the physical postures we practice in yogic tradition teach us presence, flexibility, strength, patience, gratitude for our bodies, boundaries of our capabilities, and the power of consistency and repetition. Everything you need is on the mat.

 

​​In a 1-hour session we will create a custom yoga flow which is specific to what's going on with you. Are you working on strength or flexibility? Are you working on setting better boundaries? Are you trying to create more calm and peace in your life? Different lineages of yoga offer us hundreds of asanas to choose from to support your goals.

What will we do in 1-hour?

  1. Review your goals​

  2. Create an intention and mantra for practice

  3. Review a breathing (pranayama) technique to support you

  4. Develop a 45-minute asana practice and go over the alignment and postures together

  5. Check in 1-week later on progress and to make any tweaks to support your goals​
